Rough Collie
This ancient breed originated in the Highlands of Scotland and Northern England. The first Collies were somewhat smaller than today, certain cross-breedings - mainly with Borzois - resulted in their todays appearance.

Old English Sheepdog
Although the name may indicate that it is a very old dog breed, their descendance is connected with the industrial revolution and the development of textile industry in the south of England.
The exact origins are not defined, but due to certain physical similarities, OES is thought to have had common ancestors with Russian Sheepdogs, Bearded Collies and Briards.
